"After much research and procrastination in purchased this smock. It really does what it says on the tin. I spent a week in North Wales with this and a base layer in March and it was perfect. It stopped the wind was warm and easily packed into my rucksack when not needed. One point is you need to be careful with your ‘base layers’ as fleece on fleece just does work. I used merino wool and that was fine. All in all a great piece of kit although not waterproof it’s perfect for walking and even city wear"
