"These boots are sold as waterproof so as I spend every working day outside I thought I would invest in 2 pairs. The boots are in no way waterproof, it would be a stretch to even describe them as water resistant. It's a real shame as they are probably the most comfortable boots I've ever owned"

"Ordered 6.5 Elite boots, had to return as the quality was very poor, looked like old stock. Buckles were silver, wanted brown buckles as photo showed but was told only came in silver. Ordered a 7 from another website which came in brown buckles and £22 cheaper and much better finish on the boots. Return was smooth and quick though. Can't recommend Highlander 😕"

"I've had these boots for over a month now .. have fully road tested them over moors , rivers , running and s*#t kicking .. pretty good !! Instantly comfortable, good fit , .. there are signs of glue separation around the edges but so far no leaks . The only thing i hadn't noticed were the hooks ( of death ) on the lace ups.. Never been a fan as they're a bugger for catching lace loops and tripping you up in supermarkets or other places of embarrassment.. Otherwise damn good boots so far .. hope to get some time out of them Nice one"
