"I've had these boys for about 3 weeks. Worn them about 3/4 of that time for daily use and the PU lining has started to chip away in a few places already. I would not recommend these boots and I will most likely be replacing them within the next couple of months."

"I couldn't give a review till I'd had them awhile...no need to break them in. Fully stitched to the Hight of the boot.i got size 9 right in length ample room.i put a thick foam rubber insole in them and still room for thick socks.slight leak but a good coat of polish sorted it.rubbed in along the seam across the bridge of the foot. Didn't get my free Polish but I have plenty. I'LL see how they hold up ..for the money can't knock them."

"Exactly the style I was looking for. Very comfortable so far, still need to break them in properly. My only complaint is the insoles. They are very cheap, practically a slab of cardboard. After 5 minutes they had slid under my toes and were causing me much discomfort. I was worried the boots were faulty until I pulled the insole out and realised it had crumpled. I recommend you swap them out for a good quality pair. Other then that they are great!"
"I bought these boots recently because my old combats were starting to show their age. I wasn't 100% sure they'd be a good replacement because the leather doesn't look quite as good in the pictures. I was wrong though, they're very tough but lightweight and they fit better than any boots I've ever worn! Word of warning though, these types of boots are notorious for needing to be worn in well first. That's not unusual for combat boots though but don't make the mistake I did and wear them to work the day you get them! Go for a long walk and wear them around for a few days first. Overall I'm extremely impressed and will definitely be purchasing from Highlander again!"
